Renmore Pantomime Society’s Mission Statement
Renmore Pantomime Society was founded in 1979
- To produce an annual Christmas Pantomime.
- To foster, encourage and assist theatrical, cultural and artistic activities, primarily in the Renmore Community, but also throughout Galway City and its environs.
- To assist, where possible, from time to time whatever charitable causes are deemed to be appropriate by the Executive Committee.
Over the years Renmore Pantomime Society has relied on the talents of many people to produce an enjoyable show. The committee works throughout the year, the cast rehearse for several months before the show, and during the show there are many behind the scene people. The main people involved can be found here.
Each year a local charity is chosen by the Renmore Pantomime Society to be the beneficiary of the proceeds of the raffle. You can read more about the current charity of the year.
Since 2016 one Panto show is set aside as a sensory friendly performance.
